Demon Slayer Season 3 – Ufotable Studios is ready with a new season of Demon Slayer. With the trailer released almost 7 months ago, Ufotable studios will be airing a special program on December 10, 2022 on Abema Anime Channel. The program may have information about the expected release date of Demon Slayer Season 3.
The program will be called “Demon Slayer Corps Report”. Anime producer Yuma Takahashi will headline the special, and it is expected to also feature voice actor Tanjiro Kamado Natsuki Hanae. The special program could include release information, new season scenes, character introductions and other possible projects from Ufotable studios.
Demon Slayer Season 3
Demon Slayer Season 3 will be based on the Swordsmith Village Arc. Without giving away any spoilers, I will say that the arc features some high-profile sword battles between Hashiras and Upper Moon demons. This season follows the Entertainment District Arc in which Hashira Tengen Uzui defeated the Upper Moon 6 demons Gyutaro and Daki.
My Fan Art From Season 3, Hope You Like It
The success of Demon Slayer Season 3 is quite hyped and this puts a lot of pressure on Ufotable Studios. Given the triumph of the recently released Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, which became Japan’s highest-grossing film and the winner of the 44th Japanese Academy Film Awards.
Aka Demon Slayer is the creation of Koyoharu Gotouge. The story revolves around Tanjiro Kamado and his quest to turn his demon sister Nezuko into a human. Later, Tanjiro enlists in the Demon Slayer Corps through Water Hashira and befriends Zenitsu and Inosuke. With 8 arcs already completed, the anime went through training situations, life and death, and the actual death scene of Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku. We’ll see how many seasons the anime takes to get to Muzan Kibutsuji, the Demon King.
Since the manga already ended in 2019, there are still many arcs left to be adapted into the Anime. And trusting Ufotable it will undoubtedly be a success.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Gets New Promotional Video, Theatrical Premiere Dates
Demon Slayer is almost back on our screens. In less than a month, a movie will be released that bridges the gap between the Arc Entertainment District and Swordsmith Village. Then, in April, we’re back with Tanjiro full-time as he continues his demon-slaying journey with his friends Zenitsu and Inosuke by his side. Expect new friends and enemies to appear as well.
To help you prepare, we’ve put together a guide for Demon Slayer Season 3, AKA the Swordsmith Village arc. We have the latest release dates, trailers, and even which manga chapters the Ufotable anime is adapted to. Plus, there’s a sneak peek (or should that be sneak listen?) of the new season three OP, which you can listen to below.
Season 3 of Demon Slayer is released in April 2023, but there is an option to watch the premiere a month earlier.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village – World Tour will be available in theaters in the United States starting March 3rd. The film production will combine episodes 10 and 11 of the previous season’s Entertainment District Arc with the first episode (an hour-long special, no less) of the Swordsmith Village arc.
Demon Slayer Season 3 Teaser Trailer Released
The first trailer for Demon Slayer Season 3 finally arrived earlier this year. Unfortunately, it mostly serves as a recap of what came before.
However, there are some glimpses of new footage: Love and Mist Hashira are seen separately in the hiss disc, while a new sword (later wielded by Tanjir) was created in the Swordsmith Village. You can see everything above.
The second trailer, which you can see embedded below, is a much more substantial teaser for the Swordsmith Village arc, complete with new footage and glimpses of new allies and enemies. The OP (opener) of the season with music by Man With a Mission and Milet was also released, which you can view (opens in a new tab) here.

News About Demon Slayer Season 3 Is Finally Getting Closer • The Washington Dispatch
Demon Slayer Season 3 is officially the Swordsmith Village Arc. Don’t worry, we won’t go into source material spoilers here, but we believe this will cover chapters 100-127 of the manga. The Entertainment District Arc covers a similar range from 70 to 99, so it will likely be a 12-episode season, give or take a few episodes.
Barring major deviations, this should involve Tanjiro heading to Swordsmith Village to get a new weapon. As luck would have it, the village is home to an ancient weapon. But it’s not that simple, the story involves Love and Mist Hashiras and maybe an Upper Rank demon or two.
On a larger note, the ending of Entertainment District also hinted at the direction the show will likely go after Demon Slayer season 3. Tengen is off the edge but still alive and kicking. He told Iguro that his likely replacement for Hashiru should be Tanjiro. From there, the Demon Slayers can finally return to their final destination: Muzan Kibutsuji.
Tanjiro (Natsuki Hanae), Zenitsu (Hiro Shimono), Inosuke (Yoshitsugu Matsuoka), and Nezuko (Akari Kitou) all return as part of the throwing arc in Swordsmith Village.
Demon Slayer Season 3 Officially Confirmed By Ufotable With A New Pv
They are joined by two characters we have already seen in the series: Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanoji. Expect even more Hashirs to appear in future seasons, as well as members of the Twelve Upper Moons/Twelve Kibuki. One Upper Moon, Doma, is expected to appear in Demon Slayer Season 3, and an official sketch of the villain was recently released.
