If you don’t know your measurements when placing your order, don’t worry, we’re always happy to help with your questions. We’ve also included a handy measurement guide and instructions below to walk you through the steps. One of our stylists will contact you to discuss the best size for you based on your overall dress size, silhouette and fabric (some long and some not). If you already have your measurements, please include them in the Order Notes section at checkout. We will contact you to discuss these criteria. Once we receive all your measurements, we convert them to general clothing sizes using our size chart. We make the shirts as regular length shirts (122cm or 117cm), so if you fit between sizes it’s no problem at all. When placing your order, you can choose from UK sizes 4-24; Please select the size that best suits your size / overall wear.
Please let us know your wedding date in advance so we can make sure your dress can be made and shipped well in advance of your wedding day. In the notes section of your order, if you already have your measurements, you can give us your measurements, and for SLEEVELESS shirts we usually require the following sizes.

We recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional tailor. However, you can also take measurements yourself, see our guide for more information. Once your complete measurements have been taken, please indicate these measurements in the Order Notes section of your order at checkout and one of our stylists will contact you to discuss these measurements.

This is entirely up to you and you may want to have your dress altered by a local tailor. Once you receive your shirt, alterations/adjustments are very common. We convert your measurements to common sizes and standardize our production processes to avoid unnecessary errors and make a custom-sized mannequin of your dress. All change fees are borne by the Bride.
We make your dress according to the measurements you give us. We recommend that all our brides get their measurements professionally. You may find that going to an alteration shop is an easy way to get a dress tailored, especially tight dresses.

If you live in the UK, we have in-house tailors. It is easier and more common to get a local tailor to alter/alter your dress as they can see how it fits your body. You may also want to change the design of the dress and again it is easier to contact a local tailor.
All our shirts are made to order and handmade by highly experienced tailors. This means we won’t start making your shirt until you place your order. We will begin fabric distribution and produce your shirt within 1 day of receiving your order. It currently takes around 16-20 weeks to create a shirt from our design collection. This is known as our “production time” and is measured from the date you submit your order to the date the order is shipped.

We’ll put your shirt in a Love Magic box and email you a tracking number so you can see it arrive! We deliver for free anywhere in the UK and we charge GBP 20-40 for delivery outside the UK. After connecting, your signature will be required.
Orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are determined by customs in the destination country. Duty and tax assessments will be determined on the order value and tax-free for goods imported into the country of destination. It is illegal not to declare the contents of your package. If you would like to see more photos of your design before ordering, we would love to send you more photos from our shoot and behind the scenes. The dresses used for our shoots are the same dresses as in our showroom.
