If you are unsure of your measurements when placing your order, don’t worry we are happy to help with any questions you may have. We’ve included a sizing guide and tips below to walk you through the steps. One of our experts will contact you to discuss the best size for you based on your dress size, silhouette and fabric (some dresses are stretchy, some are not). If you have all the measurements, please include these measurements in the free shipping section of your order when you check out. We will contact you to discuss these measurements. If you find your size is not standard, please email us your concern. If you measure UK 18 or above, please email us before placing your order.
After we receive all your measurements, we convert them to garment size using our size chart. We make dresses and dress in standard length (122cm or 117cm), so if you are in between sizes this is not a problem. When placing an order, you can choose from UK size 4-24; Please select the size according to your measurements / fabric size.
Please let us know your wedding date so that we can make your dress and ship it before your wedding day. If you have your measurements in the notes section of your order you can provide us with them and of course we ask for bottom measurements for non-fit garments.

Once you have all of your measurements, write these measurements down in the order notes section of your order at checkout and one of our stylists will contact you to discuss these measurements.

This is completely up to you, and you may want to tweak your outfit with your local tailor. Once you receive your garment, the changes/tweaks will be very visible. We will convert your measurements to our sizes and make your garment on a standard size mannequin so that we can organize our production process and avoid unnecessary errors. All change fees are the bride’s responsibility.
We make your dress according to the measurements you give us. We highly recommend taking measurements on all our brides. You may find that going to a local alteration shop is the easiest way to get a dress you like, especially for bras.

If you are in the UK we have in house tailors. It is easy and common to ask a local tailor to tweak/alter your dress as they can see how the dress fits your body. You may want to change the design of the dress and then it’s easier to talk to your local tailor.
All our gowns are made to order and handcrafted by highly skilled seamstresses. This means we will not start making your garment until your order is placed. We start the fabric delivery process and make your garment within 1 day of receiving your order. A garment from our designer collection currently takes around 16-20 weeks to make. This is called “handling time” and is measured from the date you place your order to the date your order is shipped.
